Twenty-four cans, two hams, or $49 gets you on the chair today!

Today is provide to ride day at Mt.Hood Meadows! Here’s what they had to say, ”  Light snowfall and gusty winds this morning are adding drifted snow on top of last night’s groom, with a winter storm warning still in effect until 10am today. Today is Provide to Ride day, so bring your 24 cans or 2 hams to the HRM lodge or the North Snout and we’ll spot you a lift ticket. Or donate $49 instead if you’d rather not carry cans to the mountain. Come on up for some stormy laps – we will be open from 9 AM to 4 PM. It’s going to be a great day to do some good for your neighbors! ”

As for todays weather, its looking a little warm and possibly a little wet. With freezing levels rising, you’re likely to find a mixed bag of conditions. It likely will be snowing at the top, but a mix or wet snow at the base. We have received a ton of fresh snow the past few days, so come and get it before it turns into PNW concrete by the afternoon! Ski rentals, snowboard rentals, hot waxes, and quick tune ups are all available today!
